Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non Returnable Items

Custom made crochet items and personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
